Our on-site store caters to those who prefer a hands-on experience to our vast selection of
seasonal gift lines and decorative accessories.
IMPORTANT INFO.
* Only closed toe shoes are permitted on site (no sandals, thongs etc.)
* Children under 13yrs are not permitted
* No dogs/pets permitted onsite
Is Dans Plants open to the public?
Dans Plants is wholesale only. All customers are required to register their business and ABN/ACN.
Please follow the links via the website homepage where you see REGISTER.
How soon can I shop after I register?
Once we have processed your registration, you will receive confirmation via email. You will also be provided with an invitation link to join our Online Ordering Portal where you can access online ordering, as well as view our available products, images & pricing.
Can I shop directly at the nursery?
Yes, we have an onsite Store where you can hand select products. Please note our open hours and ensure you are registered to shop with us, with prior to your arrival.
What are your forms of payment?
Eftpos/Credit Card and EFT transfer (funds need to be cleared prior to order being released for pick up/delivery).
We DO NOT accept cheques, Amex or Diners or cash.
Is the Dans Plants Store open on the weekends?
Our opening hours are Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday, our store is Closed.
Are children allowed on-site?
For your own safety and due to OH&S guidelines, children under 13 are not allowed on-site at any time.
What should I know when visiting your site?
Covered shoes are required at all times & you must be registered with us to shop.
What is the minimum spend?
In-store; minimum spend is $300.
Online orders; minimum spend is $500.
Online & interstate orders for delivery; minimum order is $1000. Please refer to subsequent delivery fees.
Are all plants sold individually?
Products in 120mm pots or smaller are sold in various tray sizes ie, 120mm in trays of 8, 95mm in trays of 12.
Please note, these trays cannot be mixed.
If I am not a business where can I find Dans Plants products?
Dans Plants products are available to purchase in Bunnings, Ikea, Woolworths, Coles, most local garden centres, florists and homeware stores.
I am a landscaper registered with Dans Plants. Can I send my customers to you to look at plants.
Please accompany your customers to our store or alterantively contact us to arrange a suitable time to meet with you or your customer as there is not always staff available to assist without an appointment.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be delivered?
Once your order is received and the stock is secured/ picked, a member of our sales team will contact you to confirm your order, take payment and provide a delivery. Expect within 2 - 3 business days.
Do you deliver interstate?
Dans Plants do not deliver interstate however customers can arrange their own freight. Customers arranging their own freight need to supply us with company details and pick up time within our open hours once the order is ready for collection. Please note, stock is the responsibility of the customer/freight once collected from Dans Plants.
If you require assistance selecting an appropriate freight/carrrier, one of our sales staff can assist with some options in your area. Please note min order for interstate orders is $1,000.00
Is Dans Plants accredited to send stock to WA and TAS?
Yes. Dans Plants will spray stock with required treatment and issue certificates. The cost of spray is determined on products selected and cost added to the order. It is the responsibility of the cusotmer to ensure plants ordered are permitted in their state.
